What are the delivery charges for orders from the Fun to be mum Shop?

How long will delivery take?

The items currently available in stock are shipped next day following the day of your order latest. The shipment usually takes up to 7 working days for wraps and other small items but could take up to 15 working days for larger items or bigger orders. Allow additional 3 working days for shipping the products which are out of stock when ordered.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site uses SSL certificate, so all data entered are transferred in encrypted form ensuring the security on both sides.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive order confirmation at your email address entered in order and we will let you know as soon as your order is shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, for completed orders an invoice is sent to your email address / with your ordered items.

Why haven't I received any emails about my order?

Please check your junk/spam folder for invoices/dispatch notification, because our confirmation emails might have triggered spam filters.

How do you ship the orders?

We select the specific shipping service according to delivery address and our best experience to ensure fastest delivery times and most reliable service.
PLEASE NOTE: Couriers (such as DHL) cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please DO NOT use a PO Box as your delivery address as it may result in not only your order being undelivered, it will also incur a fee for it to be shipped out to you again.

What is your return / exchange policy?

You may return a product in like-new, unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund for any reason. Please contact us first at for further instructions.

Do you cover return costs?

Yes, in case you receive damaged item. Otherwise, we do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items. All returns costs should be paid for by the customer. We cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges lost in transit therefore we advise that they are sent via tracked mail.

Will my order have customs charges?

Orders being sent outside of the EU may incur some customs charges for importing goods which will NOT be included in the shipping fee. Countries have varying regulations regarding imports, therefore we strongly advise that you research the import regulations in your region before placing an order. We cannot cover these import charges for you, but BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCES, 99% ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS CHARGES.
European Customers: You should NOT incur customs charges by ordering our goods.

Can I change my order or address?

The orders are expedited as soon as possible, in case you need to change order or shipping address, contact us immediately as we are not able to help you once the order is sent.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Do you send dispatch emails?

Yes, you should receive a dispatch email to the email address provided to us at checkout. Once your order has been received, we’ll do our very best to get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

How do I decide what size to choose?

Additional notes:
Base size can be also affected by size of the wearee, wrap thickness, how much clothing is being worn, tightening preferences and wrapping qualities of the woven wrap. Wrapping a larger child, using a thicker wrap, wearing more clothes or a preference for longer tails may cause a size up.

If more people will be using one wrap, use the T-shirt size of larger person. Extra material can be looped around your waist.

There are a lot of types of carries, and for wrap of any length can be find several carries.

How do I wash or clean my Baby wrap / carrier / ring sling / baby wearing clothes?
Please follow the product care instruction provided with the product that you have purchased.
Will my baby be comfortable in the carrier?
Generally the products available for sale on our website have been chosen carefully to make sure that your little one is comfortable while being carried in them, however, depending upon your choice of the product and the duration of baby carrying, the comfort of your baby will vary.
Any tips for wearing my baby in hot weather?
  • Dress your baby in light clothing
  • Use a lightweight, natural-fibre carrier, ideally with only one pass or panel
  • Keep yourself and your baby well hydrated.
Any tips for wearing my baby in cold weather?
We have baby jackets, hoodies and covers available for purchase, which can keep you and your baby warm in cold weather.
Can I wear my baby if I am pregnant?
Many women safely wear their baby during pregnancy. However, this is very much an individual preference and we recommend you consult your health care practitioner if you choose to continue to carry your child beyond your fifth month of pregnancy.
